  • We start with a quick call to learn about your business, your current bookkeeping setup, and your goals. You’ll get transparent pricing and a clear scope—no surprises.

  • We gather access to your accounts, review your existing books, and get everything aligned. If cleanup is required, we’ll give you a flat hourly quote upfront.

  • You’ll receive your Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements each month—on time and ready to use. You’ll also get a monthly video or staff review, depending on your needs.

  • Every quarter, we’ll meet to review your numbers, answer questions, and offer insights to help you plan ahead.
