In April of 2019, WORKK LLC was established with the mission of transforming the payroll industry. Subsequently, in June of 2021, Lighthouse Accounting Group LLC was established, integrating WORKK LLC and expanding into a full-service accountancy firm catering to both individuals and businesses. As of January 2024, Lighthouse Accounting Group LLC underwent a rebranding initiative, transitioning to The Lighthouse Group, an encompassing consortium dedicated to the modernization of accountancy practices and presently serving a diverse clientele nationwide.
As The Lighthouse Group progresses, our executive team is enthusiastic about advancing our ongoing objective of achieving California B-Corporation status by 2026. This commitment solidifies our governance approach centered on stakeholder prioritization, fostering positive impacts on the communities in which we operate and reside.
